Qualified candidates must have flexibility in work schedule, experience in customer service environment and have physical capabilities to perform some light lifting in helping customers pick up small rental orders

Requirements and qualifications for Delivery Service Representatives are the following (but not limited to):

• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Operate an automatic 26’ box truck (training provided for qualified candidates)
• Lift at least 70lbs.
• Load and unload rental equipment
• Flexible schedule
• Handyman or Vehicle Maintenance Experience a plus

We are seeking hardworking, positive candidates to become part of our team. Our Linen Specialists are responsible for the daily care of rental linens and linen products. This position is responsible for the sorting, washing, drying, folding, and stocking of all table linens and linen products.

Requirements and qualifications for Linen Specialists are the following (but not limited to):

• Sorting dirty linens into proper linen facilities and areas
• Following all instructions related to the daily use of the laundry equipment and chemicals
• Using a linen press (training provided for qualified candidates)
• Spot cleaning and or rewashing linens when necessary
• Folding linens in compliance with company standards
• Proper storage of linens
• General cleaning and upkeep of the laundry room and all laundry work areas
• Maintaining inventory of linen items
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours while consistently bending and lifting
• Other duties as directed
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
• Experience with Linen or Laundry procedures a plus
• Sewing experience a plus, but not required

The dish and general utility position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility.

Requirements and qualifications for Dishwashers are the following (but not limited to):

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine.
• Sort and stack clean dishes. Carry clean dishes to proper storage areas. Rewash soiled dishes before delivering.
• Change dishwater in dish machine every hour.
• Wash pots, pans, chafers, concession equipment and trays by hand.
• Set up or break down dishwashing area.
• Clean and roll/unroll mats.
• Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions.
• Sweep/mop floors in dish area
• Assemble/disassemble dish machine.
• Wipe up any spills to ensure dish area remain dry.
• Notify manager any time dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures.
• Do not touch dirty dishes before touching clean dishes without washing hands first.
• Other duties as directed.

Experience in Customer Service or Sales field
Must be able to discern work priorities and meet deadlines with little supervision
An enthusiastic professional who is comfortable speaking in public and is able to build relationships with internal and external customers.
Coordinate appointments and scheduling of events using an online reservation system
Assist customers in creating tablescapes and coordinating unique design elements into their event
Create and revise layouts and designs using Party CAD Program
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and think quickly on their feet
Employee must be available to work 32+ hours a week. Store is open Monday-Friday 9a-5p and Saturdays 10a-2p.
