Are you a full service photo lab? No. We specialize in large format prints only. Do you have a minimum order? No. I want to make my own canvas gallery wraps. Can you print special sizes for me? Absolutely. We can print and trim the canvas to any size you wish. No extra charge. Our prices are based on paper size and type. I need panoramic photo printing in custom sizes. Can you do this? Sure! We generally print on 17", 24", 36", 42" and 44" wide paper but can trim the paper to your exact image size, and we can produce prints as long as 59 feet. What file formats can I send you? Any common image file format., Microsoft Office© documents, PDFs. For images only, high quality files are preferred with sRGB color space. What if my image doesn't look very good after it's enlarged? We'll check your image prior to printing. If we don't think it will print well, or if your aspect ratios don't match the desired paper size, we contact you prior to processing it. What is your turnaround time? Assuming you prefer a paper we have in stock (which we probably do), most prints are completed within 24 hours, and we have daily UPS pickup. Depending on your location, you'll usually get your order in 2 to 3 days if you are in the east, and 4 to 7 days if you are west of the Rockies. If you are in a hurry, we'll ship ovenight. How are my prints packaged? Rolled, in durable shipping tubes, wrapped in acid free protective glassine paper. How much is shipping? We charge the actual cost, and there is no extra charge for handling. In most cases, the shipping cost to the 48 states is around 5 to 15 dollars per tube via UPS ground service from our Centerville, Ohio headquarters. We'll pack each tube with as many prints as will reasonably fit inside it. What about quantity discounts? Most of our print jobs are for a single print or for small quantities. We will offer discounts for larger numbers of identical prints, but keep in mind that if you want hundreds or thousands, you may wish to contact a high volume commercial printing company. We can refer you to several. Your prices are good. Why? That's easy. There is no middleman, and we buy roll paper in quantity. What are my paper options? Many. Matte, fine art, vinyl, adhesive, canvas, velvet, rag and more. We stock many types from Canon, Epson, Ilford, Hahnemuhle, Magiclee, and have no problem adding other exclusive, high end papers to our inventory. Seldom does a week go by that we don't add another print media to our stock. As mentioned earlier, we buy paper in rolls, in widths of 13", 17", 24", 36", 42", and 44". (Not all papers are available in all sizes.) Do you ever recommend papers for certain prints? Of course! Not all prints are suitable for certain papers, and we'll be happy to discuss your project with you. Where is your price list? It's coming to this page soon. For now, here's a simple price guide for full color photographs, posters, and signs on heavyweight glossy, satin, pearl, or matte photo paper: •20" x 24" $11.95 •24" x 36" $19.95 High end specialty papers, such as canvas, fine art, rag, heavyweight vinyl, adhesive vinyl, are at .05 per square inch. (24' x 36" =$43.20) How do I get my images to you? For a single image, or small quantity, you can simply email them for now. We'll soon add a photo uploading widget to this page. If you have a large quantity of images you wish to send soon for printing or review, contact me and I'll set up a password protected FTP folder for you at our Center Photography website. Can I get ICC profiles for your printers and papers? Yes. Just let us know which ones you need. Tell me more about your company. Sure! We have been in business for 34 years, and under new management for the past eleven of those. In the last decade, we've tripled in size, largely due to our outstanding staff, and our desire to add new products and services. The core activity of the company was/is providing equipment for special events. Over time, our level of services increased with customer demand. This lead to integrating our own experienced audio/video/photography staff's expertise into our core of services and after moving into our 17,000 square foot headquarters about 5 years ago, we added our own spacious 1500 square photo studio. Needing quality large prints quickly, we added our own in-house wide format print service, which gave us full control over quality, media sizes, and assorted papers our clients requested. Once the word was out about our extended services, printing for others took on a life of it's own through the internet, word-of-mouth from clients, and other photographers that were pleased with our services. This year, we have tentative plans to extend our wide format print capabilities from 44" to 60" widths. |
