We are often
asked
why
we do not participate in the Dayton, Cincinnati,
and Columbus area bridal
shows. The answers are simple.
While we agree that the shows can be spectacular, and many excellent
suppliers provide many great ideas,
we feel that a decision as important
as choosing your rental equipment supplier for your wedding should be
influenced by something more than a packet of pictures, a handful of
promises, and a salesperson
that is under pressure to book as many orders
as he or she possibly can in a limited amount of time.
In a little "Bridal Show" booth, we couldn't possibly properly convey to you the variety
of our equipment,
the excellence of our service, and our willingness to
bend over backwards to ensure the
quality of our work is exactly what you
expected from us .
We recommend you visit our showroom. No pressure and no hype.
Take
as little or as much time as you like.
Much of our equipment is on display.
You can see the actual equipment you will be renting as opposed to
picking it from a picture,
and if you are looking for something that
hasn't made it to the "Bridal Show" scene yet, you may
want to
check with us about our anticipated purchases of equipment for the
upcoming season.
We add new items on a regular basis, and for us, that's
not just an empty advertising phrase- it's a fact.
For those of you that prefer visual aids, rather than planning from a
picture,
we'll be happy to set up a table for you so you can see exactly how
your linens, centerpieces, and accessories will look.
Or if you like, you can have "free run" of our showroom and warehouse and
experiment as much as you want.
If you are considering the rental of audio or video equipment, we'll
be glad to setup up a system for you
so you can choose the one that best suits your needs.
Need some help getting all the wedding music, pictures, or
videos together?
We are
the people to talk to. You'll be amazed at our media production
capabilities.

If you are planning to rent a tent, we'll
draw up the floor plan on a computer and print it out for you,
as well as
make arrangements to come and meet with you on site to make ensure everything fits the way you
want it to.
We know you don't want any surprises on your wedding day.

We'll be proud to show you the numerous amounts of
thank-you letters,
cards and awards we receive
for our services on a regular basis.
We recommend that in choosing any rental
equipment or service supplier that you get references,
visit each company you are considering, see
pictures of recent past work,
and check with the Better
Business Bureau.
We also suggest you check with the people around town
that know
"Who's Who" in the Special Event Business. Ask the
florists, caterers,
and the people that are "in the business"
who they would recommend.

Our mission is not to "book as many events as possible at the local
bridal show".
